Custom 3D Printing Services

PenguinTel offers custom 3D printing services for individuals and businesses in the Reno area and beyond. Whether you need a single prototype, a batch of custom parts, or branded items for your business, we can handle it.

Most standard orders are completed within 3-5 business days, with same-day and next-day options available depending on the size of the job and our current queue.

We're a registered Nevada LLC and are happy to sign NDAs for sensitive or proprietary print requests.

Local delivery is available across Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and the Reno-Tahoe Industrial Center. All other orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with rates calculated based on package size and destination.

Materials We Print

We stock a wide range of filaments to match your project's needs. Not sure which material is right? Just ask — we'll recommend the best option for your use case.

Standard Filaments

• PLA — Lightweight and great for decorative items, prototypes, and general use. Available in multicolor and multimaterial prints.

• PETG — Stronger and more heat-resistant than PLA. Good for functional parts, outdoor use, and food-adjacent items. Available in multicolor.

• ABS — Tough, heat-resistant, and great for mechanical parts, enclosures, and anything that needs to hold up.

Engineering & Specialty Filaments

• Nylon — Extremely tough and wear-resistant. Ideal for gears, hinges, and high-stress functional parts.

• Polycarbonate (PC) — One of the strongest printable materials. Excellent impact resistance and heat tolerance.

• ABS-GF (Glass Filled) — Enhanced rigidity and heat resistance over standard ABS. Great for structural and industrial applications.

• ABS-CF (Carbon Fiber) — Lightweight, stiff, and dimensionally stable. Ideal for performance parts and enclosures.

• ASA — Similar to ABS but UV-resistant. The go-to choice for anything that will live outdoors.

How it Works

1. Send us your model — Upload your STL file or share a link from Printables, MakerWorld, Thingiverse, or any other model site. Don't have a file? Describe what you need and we can help source or design it.

2. Get a free quote — We'll review your model and send you a price based on material, print time, and any post-processing needed.

3. We print it — Once you approve, we start printing. We'll keep you updated on progress.

4. Pickup or delivery — Choose local pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
